Can ICE deport anyone during the first 100 days of the Biden administration?

On January 20, 2021, the Biden administration announced a moratorium or pause on nearly all deportations for 100 days. However, a few days later, a federal judge halted the moratorium. After that, ICE continued to detain and deport people included in the three Enforcement Priorities categories. ICE was instructed not to detain or deport people not included in the Enforcement Priorities categories, but community groups reported that in some cases ICE did so anyway.
